Ingredients:

1 medium

Pizza Base (handmade or prepared)

2 tbsp

Sandhurst Caterer's Basil Pesto

1 Unit

Burrata

150g 

Sandhurst Sun-Dried Tomato Strips

1 tbsp

Olive Oil

100grams

Fresh mozzarella cheese
         
Prepare in FOUR Simple Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

2.Using spoon spread pesto over base of pizza, sprinkle liberally with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes. 

3. Place into oven and bake for 10 minutes, allowing the mozzarella to melt.

4. Remove pizza from oven and place burrata in middle. Add cracked pepper and fresh basil to taste, drizzle with olive oil. 

Best served immediately.
