Bronze went to Mosman Club’s Mitch Davis and Yang Qui. The judges made special note of their ‘Citrus Bombe Alaska’ dessert, which has “amazing balance and flavour – spot on with the execution of sweet and sour flavours”.
A big congratulations to Summer Carson from The Illawarra Master Builders Club who was recognised as Chefs Table 2019 Apprentice of the Year!
