Refried Beans

Mexican Pinto beans made into a thick puree. Twice cooked (Not fried) used extensively for vegetarian burrito and adds bulk to Mexican dishes where minced beef is normally used. Commonly used for the famous Mexican dip with guacamole, sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded cheese.
